During this class we will explore the world of making the perfect pizza: the one that you make from scratch.
We will investigate differences in dough types and cooking techniques from traditional Neapolitan pizza to N.Y. slice - and to the deep dish monsters of Chicago! We will roll pizza dough into Stromboli and fold it into Calzone. Bring your appetite and your favorite wine.
