Brunch: Dim Sum SOLD OUT


In this brunch class we will focus on the renown Cantonese style of cooking: Dim Sum.  These are traditionally small bite-sized dishes featuring a range of meats, seafoods, and vegetables.  We will learn to make:  Shaomai (steamed pork dumplings in a thin wheat flour wrapper); Steamed Shrimp Dumplings; Vegetable Spring Rolls; and Fortune Cookies. Hot tea will also be provided to round out the full dim sum experience!

Menu Based classes are collaborative, with students sharing in the preparation of the menu. Class finishes with a sit down meal.
