In this class you will make a variety of housemade young cheeses such as farmer's cheese, mozzarella, and ricotta. We start with a lesson on making butter and your own buttermilk and the class will end in a cheese tasting coupled with with bread, fresh and preserved fruits, and the butter and cheeses you have made - and of course you are welcome to bring along wine to enhance the experience!

Due to limited spaces, classes at Baltimore Chef Shop are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, we will be happy to transfer your registration to a different class given 48-hours notice. While cancellations within 48 hours of the class are not eligible for transfers, we welcome you to send a friend in your place!
