Brunch: Dim Sum!


In this brunch class we will focus on the infamous Cantonese style of cooking: Dim Sum.  These are traditionally small bite-sized dishes featuring a range of meats, seafoods, and vegetables.  We will learn to make:  Shaomai (steamed pork dumplings in a thin wheat flour wrapper); Steamed Shrimp Dumplings; Vegetable Spring Rolls; and Fortune Cookies. Hot tea will also be provided to round out the full dim sum experience!
