Indulge your love of street food by preparing a menu of Chicken Skewers with Coconut Curry Dipping Sauce; Green Papaya Salad; Noodle Soup with Shrimp, Thai Basil, Spinach, and Shiitaki Mushrooms; and Galloping Horses, made with Seasoned Ground Pork Wrapped in Leaves of Butter Lettuce with Citrus Fruit and Mint. This class touches on an array of culinary techniques and results in delicious dishes!
