An Introduction to Rice & Curry: Sri Lankan Home Cooking
Chef and Cookbook author Skiz Fernando guides you through the basics of Sri Lankan cuisine, showing you how to prepare a full “rice & curry” meal at home. The class will be interactive, so prepare to roll up your sleeves and take part in the festivities. By the end of the three-hour session you will have all the secrets--as well as the confidence-- to make this meal yourself. You will also get to devour this small feast!
