Travel to the French coasts for a sampling of the quintessential flavors of Normandy. Chef Charlotte Galley will assist you with a menu of Camembert and Toast, Moules à la Normandie (Mussels), Croque Monsieur, Balsamic Roasted Vegetables, and Tarte Tatin.

Menu Based classes are collaborative, with students sharing in the preparation of the menu. Class finishes with a sit down dinner.
