Couples Cook: Vegetarian Indian

Treat your friend/valentine/partner/significant other (we don't care how you know each other!) to an evening of fun in our kitchen.

This class is full of flavor and spice with a menu of Alu Gobi (Cauliflower and Potato Medley), Baigan Bharta (Smokey Roasted Eggplant in Tomato Puree), Saag Paneer (Spiced Spinach with Fresh Homemade Cheese), Chana Dahl, and Basmati Rice.

$138 per couple

Sun., December 23rd at 6:30pm

Sat., January 12th at 6:30pm

Sun., February 10th at 6:30pm

Menu-based classes are collaborative, with students sharing in the preparation of the menu. Class finishes with a sit-down meal.

Due to limited spaces, classes at Baltimore Chef Shop are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, we will be happy to transfer your registration to a different class given 48-hours notice.  While cancellations within 48 hours of the class are not eligible for transfers, we welcome you to send a friend in your place!
