Brunch: Vegetarian!

Prepare weekend brunch with a delicious, all vegetarian menu!  In this class, we will explore a wide variety of versatile vegetarian recipes which include Potato, Mushroom & Fried Egg Napoleons, Quiche of the Day, Caramel Apple Sticky Buns, Oven Roasted Tomatoes, and Black Bean Breakfast Patties.  We will bring out the very best of our ingredients, and share tips & techniques that will get you miles of use, for years of interesting, delicious, and balanced vegetarian eating. 
Speaking of balance, don’t forget the champagne – we’ll bring the orange juice!
