Regional Italian Cuisines: A Series (Day 3)

Italian Cuisine in renown worldwide for its focus on locally sourced ingredients and time honored techniques and traditions. Join us for a three part Masterclass series that explores the country's complex flavors and regional influences. The course features hallmark dishes along with lectures and written resources that detail what makes each region unique.  We will begin in the North, then travel to the Central regions, ending with Southern Italy on the island of Sicily.

This class is an Intermediate level class that meets once a week.

$195.00 per person for the 3-week series.
