Thanksgiving Table: Everything But The Turkey

While the turkey may be the star of the show on Thanksgiving Day, the holiday table is not complete without its supporting cast of side dishes. This class takes the go-to favorites and adds a little twist and a lot of flavor. Join us as we prepare: Tarragon and Honey Glazed Carrots; Cranberry Sauce with Moroccan Spices, Citrus, and Dried Fruit; a wonderful Fall Salad with Apples and House-Made Pickled Onion; Pan-Seared Butternut Squash with Feta Cheese; a savory and rich Bread Pudding with Sausage, Spinach and Three Cheeses; and of course, our much loved Olive Oil and Herb Dinner Rolls.

Designed to please everyone in the family (which we know can be a tall order) these are sides that you will truly be thankful for!

Menu-based classes are collaborative, with students sharing in the preparation of the menu. Class finishes with a sit-down meal.

Due to limited spaces, classes at Baltimore Chef Shop are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, we will be happy to transfer your registration to a different class given 48-hours notice.  While cancellations within 48 hours of the class are not eligible for transfers, we welcome you to send a friend in your place!
