Don't miss this opportunity to dive into the flavors of West African Street Food with Chef Eric Adjepong, co-founder of Pinch & Plate and a finalist on Season 16 of Bravo's Top Chef. Chef Adjepong is a first generation Ghanaian-American, sourcing the flavors and influences in his cooking from many of the West African dishes he grew up eating. In this class, you will get to try your hand at some of his favorite classic street food staples: Piri Piri Shrimp; Chermoula Beef Suya; Jollof Rice; and Bofrot "Puff Puff".
