The feast of the Seven Fishes is an Italian American tradition that dates back to the early 1900’s and continues today. All are welcome to join us as we introduce you to the techniques necessary to begin your own family tradition!
You will learn how to prepare flatfish, round fish, shell fish and cephalopods in the Southern Italian style. The menu includes: Crocchette di Baccala with Aioli; Grilled Fresh Sardines with Preserved Lemon, Tomato, and Parsley; Scungilli Salad with Shaved Fennel; Stuffed Calamari Fra Diavalo; Fresh Pasta with Clam Sauce; Pesce al Forno; and Shrimp and Mussel Cioppino.
This class is designed for those with some cooking experience although all are invited to join us!

Menu-based classes are collaborative, with students sharing in the preparation of the menu. Class finishes with a sit-down meal.
Due to limited spaces, classes at Baltimore Chef Shop are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, we will be happy to transfer your registration to a different class given 48-hours notice. While cancellations within 48 hours of the class are not eligible for transfers, we welcome you to send a friend in your place!
