You can make pasta anywhere as long as you have flour and water. This class is all about using your hands and some basic tools: no eggs, no machines or fancy equipment required! You will learn how to make a classic southern pasta dough by hand, which will then be hand-formed into some traditional southern Italian shapes.

Due to limited spaces, classes at Baltimore Chef Shop are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, we will be happy to transfer your registration to a different class given 48-hours notice.  While cancellations within 48 hours of the class are not eligible for transfers, we welcome you to send a friend in your place!
