SUMMER CAMPS for KIDS and TEENS


Join us for our week-long cooking camps where your emerging chef can have fun while learning in our kitchen! Select from sessions focusing on the foundational skills in our Culinary Squared camp, get an intensive exploration of all things pastry in the Bake On! campand learn about international cuisines in our Around the World camp. 

Camp times: Camps run Monday through Friday from 9:30am to 12:30pm, each one ending in a tasty spread of the creations prepared during the course of the morning. The camps are set up for kids ages 8-12 and teens ages 13-17.

KIDS CULINARY CAMP (Ages 8-12) 

All Kids Camp sessions start with an overview of kitchen safety, how to read a recipe, how to accurately measure ingredients, and basic knife skills. We then move on to using our creativity along with our math and science skills to make some delicious meals to enjoy at the end of each class. 

$350 per week-long camp


Session K1: Culinary Squared

Our Culinary Squared camp focuses on the essentials a student would learn in their foundation year of Culinary School, within the context of our four square meals a day (you can't forget dessert!). The session kicks off with a full day of intensive knife skills training and then moves into a wide range of techniques required to pull off a tasty menu.

June 25 - June 29: 9:30am - 12:30pm


Session K2: Around the World

Take a culinary tour in our Around the World camp, where we will explore the cuisines and traditional cooking techniques of Italy, China, Japan, India, and Morocco. 

July 16 - July 20: 9:30am - 12:30pm


Session K3: Bake On!

The Bake On! camp for kids is an opportunity to sift, whip, and bake our way to some extremely tasty, (but also challenging!) treats while getting in some piping practice. 

July 30 - August 3:  9:30am - 12:30pm


Session K4: Culinary Squared

Our Culinary Squared camp focuses on the essentials a student would learn in their foundation year of Culinary School, within the context of our four square meals a day (you can't forget dessert!). The session kicks off with a full day of intensive knife skill training and then moves into a wide range of techniques required to pull off a tasty menu.

TEEN CULINARY CAMP (Ages 13-17) 

While aimed at teens, these camp sessions are designed to be challenging as we will introduce fairly advanced culinary techniques. All sessions start with an introduction to kitchen safety and knife skills. 

$350 per week-long camp


Session T1: Culinary Squared

Our Culinary Squared Camp focuses on the essentials a student would learn in their foundation year of Culinary School, through the lens of four square meals a day (you can't forget dessert!). The session starts with a full day of intensive Knife Skills training, where we learn about the types of knives and the different professional cuts.

June 18 - June 22: 9:30am - 12:30pm


Session T2: Around the World

Take a culinary tour in our Around the World camp, where we will explore the cuisines and traditional cooking techniques of Italy, China, Japan, India, and Morocco. 

July 9 - July 13: 9:30am - 12:30pm
