Our Teen classes are an opportunity for young chefs, ages 13-17, to obtain some of the essential and challenging culinary skills required of any young professional culinary student.
A new series for teens! Just as challenging as our adult's Kitchen Techniques class, this 5-week course covers the fundamentals that every professional chef must master in their first year of culinary school. We will cover: 1) knife skills; 2) stocks and soups, 3) dry heat cooking, 4) moist heat cooking, and 5) the mother sauces. Ages 13-17.
The class meets once a week.

TEEN SUMMER CULINARY CAMPS
Join us for our week-long summer culinary camps.
While aimed at teens, these camp sessions are designed to be challenging as we will introduce fairly advanced culinary techniques.
An around-the-world tour is the goal in our Around the World Camp where we will explore international cuisines, focusing on the traditional cooking techniques of Italy, China, Japan, India, and Morocco.
Our Culinary Squared Camp mirrors our adult Kitchen Techniques Series by focusing on the foundational skills required in any professional culinary school, but within the context of the three square meals of the day.
The teen Bake On! Camp is an opportunity to sift, whip, and bake our way to some extremely tasty, (but also challenging!) treats while getting in some piping practice.
All sessions start with an introduction to kitchen safety and knife skills. Monday through Friday, 9:30a to 12:30p.
