In-Person Cooking Classes

Techniques Classes: Hands-on instruction focusing on a specific dish or culinary technique. Everyone in the class will get to work on a version of the dish or technique. While there are tasty samples to try during the class, the classes do not typically end in a meal.

Menu-Based Classes: These are collaborative classes with students sharing in the preparation of an overall menu that they sit down and enjoy together in the end. Try a Couples Cook version for you and your favorite cooking partner!

Join us for a once a year celebration with your choice of two special menus. Bring your favorite sparkling wine and help us ring in 2026 in style! These menus are prepared in separate kitchens. If you are attending with others under separate bookings and want to be in the same class, make sure you are all signed up for the same menu!

ITALIAN MENU

In this class you will learn how to make Grilled Shrimp with Oregano and Lemon; Chicken Saltimbocca; Gnudi with Pomodoro Sauce; Warm Cauliflower and Herbed Barley Salad; and Chocolate Molten Cake with Orange Whipped Cream.

In this class you will learn how to make Bouillabaisse; Chicken Fricassee; Haricot Verts; Potatoes au Gratin; Stewed Mushrooms with Gravy; and Tart Tatin.
